New patients
A warm welcome — and honest answers
We'd love to look after you. Here's a clear, straight picture of how registering works right now, so there are no surprises.
NHS availability
Routine NHS appointments currently have a longer-than-usual wait, and we are not able to register new NHS patients at this time.
Emergency appointments
We offer emergency appointments for our registered NHS patients. Non-registered patients can be seen privately for emergencies — these are limited, so please call at 8:30am to book.
Emergency appointments cover pain that can't be managed with painkillers, facial swelling and bleeding. They aren't for routine care.
For a dental emergency outside our opening hours, please call NHS 111.
